HATCHING EGG TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipped Hatching Eggs Information

We carefully package and ship fertile hatching eggs to help you start or expand your flock. Our hatching eggs are collected from healthy, well-maintained, unvaccinated birds and prepared for safe transport. 

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Pre-orders do not have have a set shipping date, however we *anticipate* being able to ship starting April 2026. Placing a pre-order guarantees you a place in line for spring/summer 2026. We do weekly checks and run test hatches to confirm fertility prior to sending out any orders.

What to Expect

  • Eggs are carefully packed with protective materials to minimize breakage during transit
  • Shipped via expedited service to ensure freshness
  • Hatching success depends on shipping conditions, incubation practices, and egg viability
  • All packages are insured, YOU are responsible for filing a claim if the need arises (we are available to help walk you through this process if necessary) I personally recommend taking an unboxing video from start to finish, especially if your package appears to be mishandled. 
  • WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON HATCHING EGGS

Important Information

No Hatch Guarantee: Due to the delicate nature of shipping eggs and variables beyond our control (handling, temperature fluctuations, incubation conditions), we cannot guarantee hatch rates.

Handling Upon Arrival: Allow eggs to rest at room temperature pointed side down for 12-24 hours before placing them in your incubator. This helps the air cells stabilize after transit.

Shipping Details

I will do my best to reach out when we are getting close to your order, if you are unable to receive eggs at that time, your name will be moved to the end of the line. I allow this once. After that, they will ship when your order comes back up. Please contact me directly when placing an order if there is any time frames that you are unavailable.

Orders are typically shipped at the beginning of the week to avoid weekend delays. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. 

Please be patient, as we are a small scale operation.... not a hatchery.
